They said there is no double bed room and the room is only for one person and we had to pay extra to upgrade and the hotel has a lot of noisy prostitution and we called house keeping and reception and ordered shampoo and towels 4 times and didn’t receive it !

أسوء تجربة إقامة في فندق The worst hotel ever
Publié le 30 avr. 2018 sur HotelsThe reception asked to keep my passport with them during my stay at the hotel, I told them that is illegal procedure, they said it’s the hotel policy!!
They asked me to sign on an items list that in my room!!
The room was smelly and the towels
were yellowish
The hotel deals with the guests like thieves!!! No respect!!
استقبال الفندق بيطلب حجز جواز السفر معهم طيلة فترة الإقامة وعندما أخبرتهم بأن هذا الإجراء غير قانوني كانت الإجابة بأن هذه سياسة الفندق!!
طلبوا مني التوقيع على قائمة بمحتويات الغرفة!!
الغرفة كانت رائحتها سيئه والمناشف مصفرة وليست ناصعة البياض كالمعتاد وصوت الماء في مواسير الصرف بالجدران كان مسموع وعالي.
تعامل الفندق مع النزلاء كتعاملهم مع حراميه!!

Don't expect standard amneties and don't breakfast
Publié le 29 janv. 2018 sur ExpediaNo bathrobe no expendable sandals and no breakfast for a breakfast booked room.
First staff wanted to charge breakfast after informing them I had it in my package they then told me I was only limited to a continental breakfast then when complaining to reception they said I can get any breakfast by that time I needed to run for an appointment.
Expect a 20 minutes delay check out.
Will not visit again
