the service is very bad and prices are too expensive

The smill of the lobby and the coradors are really bad.
Limited plugs and not Gulf standards
Unavailability of towels and when provided it was dirty damaged as if it s used
Entering room without permission
Remote control for TV was not available
Praying rug was not available
Slippers were not available
Floors were sticky
Some windows cannot be closed
The only good things I can say are the room was big and the bill boys were fantastic
