hotel degueulasse c est une porcherie.
Publié le 24 mai 2017 sur HotelsSuite a mon séjour dans cet hôtel , je suggère vivement aux gens de l'éviter , l'hôtel est mal situé , la chambre est veille , salle de bain salle, le service est dégueulasse , je conseille d'éviter de ne réserver dans cet hôtel , aucun entretien des lieux , aucune réception , les lieux sont très sales , dans d'autres situations j'aurais porté plainte pour escroquerie, les photos du site sont fausses et arrangés , je n’ai jamais vu un motel aussi sale et dégelasse , même pour un chien je ne vais pas le louer , ce que je trouve ridicule c’est les commentaires des gens positifs et c'est pour ça que j’ai loué , je crois que les commentaires sont fabriques pour attirer le monde. Cet hôtel doit simplement être fermé pour arnaque.

Easy check in, quiet area, clean rooms, super comfy beds! Also I liked how there was cable, I haven’t had cable in years! It was nice to watch random movies. Danny at the front desk is very nice.

I paid for a veteran and his wife, who have been living in their car since August to have a hotel room for five days over Christmas weekend. I didn't realize they had a cat and that the hotel had a no pet policy, which was an honest mistake. The hotel kicked out the veteran after two nights and refuses to refund my money for the three nights.

All feedback is valued fromall of our guests, as it helps us improve our services and guest experiences.As you and your guest (Debra) for whom you have made the reservation for, should be well aware, withour policy and standard procedure, it is essential for guests to provide a form of credit card authorizationwhen the reservation is made under a different name. We understand that this requirement may seeminconvenient, but it is necessary for ensuring the security of both parties involved. Despite repeatedrequests, we did not receive the necessary authorization from you or your guest’s prior to check-in,which resulted in complications during the process.Regarding the issue of the pet policy, as clearly outlined in our policies and also stated during thereservation process, we do not allow pets on the premises due to potential allergic reactions and healthconcerns, particularly for staff members with medical conditions. It was disappointing to discover that apet was present in your guests’ room, putting the health of our staff at risk. Upon being informed of this,our staff took immediate action to address the situation and ensure the safety of all parties involved.Furthermore, your claim that you were unaware of the pet policy is a bit perplexing since it was madevery clear during the reservation process and signage displayed prominently in our office that we do notallow pets on our property. We strive to maintain transparency and clarity regarding our policies to avoidany misunderstandings to our customers.Regarding your comments about your guest’s being veterans, we treat all guests with respect anddignity, irrespective of their background or circumstances. I am sorry, but our check in time is 3.00 PM NOT 10 AM.We still try to check you as early as we could. and yes we do take room deposit i am sorry you did like that.
