The staff member who registered us was friendly and efficient. The hotel, however, is dirty. The stairs and walkways are stained. Our room had stains on the walls and the door. We had planned to stay the night after a local concert. We checked out instead and did not stay the night.

Room was pretty clean and was newly renovated.
Renovation was ongoing but was during reasonable hours so not any noise issue.
Pretty small room but fine for solo traveller or a couple.
The A/C unit was very loud but to be expected from older wall A/C unit.

Bad motel
