So bad the hotel was out of water 2 days without water no previous notice so bad no recommed.

Business stay
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HotelsOverall was a nice stay. The gift of snacks was a nice touch. But there needs to be more attention to the HVAC filter. It was absolutely cakes with dirt. Has not been cleaned for a while. This affects the operation of the HVAC and folks health. The housekeeping staff can help with this as they can check it when they prep a room and advise maintenance dept to take care of.

The staff was friendly. Had to request light bulb replacement 3 times before fixed.
Glass in handicap space in the parking lot. Pushed to the side by myself but kept reappearing. room was clean except for the mold in the tile grout near the drain.

Would not recommend. Lobby office dirty & shabby. Yellowed (not white) bath towels with holes. Coffee maker without tray, caffeinated coffee of creamer. A/C unit that didn’t work well.
