Great location
Hotel is well located with good public transport connection. Quick and efficient check in. Nice and friendly staff. Bit disappointed with me room though. Window was facing the ring road and with old type of glazing I had all the traffic in my room all night. Ear plugs is a must. Pleased with room and bathroom size and cleanliness.

Booked this hotel short notice as we needed a hotel the night before a flight from Manchester airport wasn’t sure what we would get for £43 but it was great!! Easy to find, lovely staff, great room, clean, warm, very close to the airport, nice food on site, easily worth the money will definitely use this hotel again if flying from Manchester well worth the money!

We booked this last minute due to snow forecast overnight before our flight. No problems apart from not enough parking onsite so people were directed to park on side streets. Breakfast was lovely and we slept well.

Old trap hole
I never write reviews, but this place deserves a warning. The hotel is ancient—everything from the bedsheets to the carpets is worn out, and the hallways reek of sickly air freshener sprayed nonstop. Check-in at 3 PM? Fine. Want to check in earlier? That’ll cost you £10. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay here only if you’re desperate. Never again.

Really couldn't fault the hotel the room and bar area was fantastic had a great evening before going on holiday on floor 3 the smell of dope was very strong and over powering and loud guests disturbed our nights sleep before our early flight

We stayed overnight before an International flight due to snow being expected. Hotel was fine, bar was good, tasty pizza. Due to weather conditions, the hotel was very busy and there was no parking. We had to park on a residential street. Overall, as expected for the price.

Our sink didn’t work. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush. The entire fourth floor smelled like weed. Our rooms were dirty. The windows couldn’t close properly and were leaking cold air and water. Breakfast was terrible as well

The stay was ok and not up to the standards as we have to ask for towel changes everyday and even they said they can’t clean the room as we stayed for 4 days Worst part their website said car parking and I was not able to find any parking spot one of the day we stayed and I have to park outside of the hotel and staff were rude when we asked for parking.

You get what you pay for
Friendly staff and convenient location. Worn down facilities and could be cleaner. Pet friendly, but £10 charge per night for this which wasn’t clear when booking. Parking was next ti the hotel but almost impossible to find a spot. As expected for £45 per night, can’t expect much.

Needs an urgent Fire Safety course
Fire alarm went off at 2am- only a handful of people went downstairs and the man at the desk just shooed us back upstairs with his hand instead of saying anything or assembling at the fire point. Very comfy beds though, and huge TV. No drinking water in the room, so I had to go downstairs and ask at the bar to refill a bottle, or boil the kettle and let it cool overnight. No temperature control on the rooms and it was too warm for me, no internet on the TV or on any device without paying £7 per day PER device.
