Mauvaise experience avec une alarme incendie
Publié le 27 déc. 2023 sur HotelsTres bon hôtel, cependant on a été reveiller à 06h00 par l’alarme incendie. Nous avons du quitter en precipitation nos chambres ( en pyjama) pour rejoindre dans le froid et sous la pluie le point de rassemblement. Nous n’avons pu regagner nos chambres qu’à partir de 7h00 apres le feu vert des pompiers. Impossible de se rendormir.

Aircon did not work in the room was moved to another room that hadn’t been cleaned properly. The door broke which the manager came and told me that I couldn’t lock my room. Unfortunately I had to be sent back to my original room in which I was unable to sleep due to the heat

The check in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful and checked us in prior to the nominated check in time.
The room was clean and spacious. However as we were close to the lifts we were disturbed during the night. The bathroom was poorly lit and my shaving and my wife applying her makeup was hindered. In addition the door lock was broken and it was not permissible to double lock the door from within the room.
