My wife stayed with my grandaughter and she was next to a room of rowdy men who must have been on a night out. They were very noisy in the hallway and in their room and woke them and kept them awake around 3-5am. Other than that stay was fine.

I stayed here with my two year old. Unfortunately when we arrived there was no heating in the room, the lamp was hanging off the wall and the safe wasn’t working. There was an electric heater in the room but nowhere to plug it in that would not be between where we were sleeping and the door so we would have been trapped in event of a fire. We spent an uncomfortable night and my little girl barely slept because of the cold. I let the staff know the next morning and the lady did not apologise and just stared at me. She clearly wasn’t listening as I had to repeat the list a second time so she could write it down. We went out, came back and the heating was still not on - she had not updated us. I had to complain again to a different member of staff and finally got a change of room and an apology. The fact the electric heater was there and the wording of the second staff member “I’ll put you in a warmer room” made it seem that they knew that the room was unacceptably cold and they put a two year old in there anyway. I won’t be going back.

We had a fabulous stay . The hotel was very clean and they were so welcoming. Avi, Steph and Tony were so lovely. They were helpful and kind. And the breakfast was wonderful. !

Good hotel, terrible parking

Booking hotel was easy and straightforward. Bsthrooms were lovely. Beds a little soft for my liking but were ok. Clean. However when it came to booking the off site parking recommended this was really difficult. Each time i tried to book 24hr parking, it kept saying there wasnt any spaces despite the website showing spaces. I rang the hotel to query as using the hotel a discount was offered, which again o couldnt use. Hotel stayed there was an issue but offered no alternative. Ended up paying full price for parking. No compensation offered by hotel when i arrived. Disappointing. Overall stay was good.

Many positives about the hotel - comfortable bed, great shower, good size room, easy check-in, nice breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel could use an update. There was a large stain on the small sofa in our room, there were stains on the hallway carpets, the chairs in the breakfast area were worn and stained, the one elevator was missing the button to push, and the iron we borrowed was unsafe with the plug being broken. It was nice enough to book again but I'd probably look around a bit and see what else was available.
