Location perfect
The hotel was in perfect location, it was a lovely hotel, clean & very modern. Good size room we were located on the 6th floor. The price of stay included breakfast which was excellent, good choice of cereals, fruits & cooked food. Will definitely recommend the hotel to friends & family, very impressed.

Good hotel. 1st impressions are great. Rooms very small. Only downside is not very clean under beds. Thkck dust and rubbish. Also not made aware of an extra "city traveller " surcharge. No parking onsite. Meaning paying approximately 20/25 pounds overnight in off site car park

Great for city centre. A bit of a walk from Piccadilly train station but once there everything is no than 10-15 minutes walk away

Arrived late evening. Reception took a while to check us in. Room was fine but no tv remote in the room and only one bath towel in the bathroom. Bed comfy but on the small side and very warm. Didn’t stay for breakfast. Check out ok.

The hotel is in the Manchester Cathedral quarter, which was super convenient for the Christmas Markets and catching the train. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very kind and attentive. We had a lot of questions and they were patient and helpful. It was a great stay!

Great hotel for the arena and the main shopping centres of Manchester City centre. Friendly staff and quiet area of the city. Given it only opened in July 2024, some of the interiors in the room are looking slightly shabby, which is disappointing e.g. threadbare towels. If you’re staying here for a show at the arena, and want a drink in the bar after, it’s worth jogging back otherwise you’ll be queuing for drinks when the rest of the arena turn up! Enjoy.

Hotel and staff great , Only part that let it down was the cooked breafast. Been in warming trays to long and was a bit rubbery especially eggs and black pudding But apart from that, I’d stop again
