Awful hotel
Awful experience at this hotel, would not reccomend this hotel. Was dirty and disgusting the hotel waz dirty and coffee cups were not even clean. We went to manchester for a funeral and i called the day before and was told we could check in early, but when we got there we were told we can't check in. Awful experience

I was not informed at the time I booked that I would be sharing the hotel facilities with asylum seekers. On arrival it did not feel comfortable nor safe. I left within the hour and will be seeking a refund.

The hotel was situated within an apartment block shared with a job centre and university. Funny smell in the corridor, to get to reception you have to go to floor 2 in the lift then walk down a flight of stairs not sure this is wheel chair friendly. The room was clean however the matress felt as though Andre the giant had been using it as a trampoline. Every spring could be felt it was very uncomfortable and unlikly anyone would be able to sleep on it. Eccles itself is a dive and the location of the hotel fitted right in. A distinct smell of weed as you entered and odd bozo taking a drag in reception made this right at home for anyone looking for an authentic chav night out. On the plus side the car park is right outside if your wheel are still on by morning you can make a quick get away.

Short stay Gem in the hidden
Although located in an awkward part of town, OX is pleasantly surprising on the inside. There's parking which is always useful. The standard double room is massive and comfortable beds. The bathroom is very specious and clean. For the meal, i had lamb chops and sweet potato fries accompanied by side salad. The lamb was well seasoned, succulent and delicious. The only downer was the cocktail, I ordered passion fruit martini but it was a failure. Overall, it was a nice short stay. I would've stay long. It will loose it's charm.

Cute Hotel, Had An Amazing Stay
