We had a room opposite the lift which was perfect for 2 elderly adults. The staff were very efficient and helpful. There was no noise apparent and we were able to sleep well.

Although we were upgraded to a Superior room, it lacked essentials for 2 people to be comfortable. There was only one armchair and no other chairs despite there being a desk/table. We had to order room service in order to get decent food as the restaurant was booked up for an hour and a half after we wanted to eat. When we tried to order food in the bar no hot food was available. We asked at reception for another chair so that we could eat our food order and were told by the member of staff that there were no chairs available as the hotel was full! So, full hotel, limited food choice, no chairs and unhelpful staff. We have stayed here a number of times in the past but will never stay here again.

Overpriced, poor quality

Overpriced and poor quality for a Radisson Blu. There's cheaper alternatives nearby that are far better. For context I was in a superior room with runway view: - Air-con control panel had been damaged and was missing the temperature down button. Damage didn't look recent. Staff had clearly ignored it. - Moved a couple chairs in the room and found crisps and debris on the floor underneath. - The in-room mini bar had no price list, nor could you find it online. - Coffee supplied for the Nespresso machine was 7 decaf pods and one normal. I guess the staff wants us to calm down on the caffeine intake!
