Zimmer sind sehr schön und das Personal freundlich. Aber Hotelablauf ist eine Katastrophe. Die Mitarbeiter scheinen teilweise überfordert zu sein.

Doubt we'll ever be back!

The room had nothing in it as far as microwave, fridge etc. Just a kettle! But even an ice bucket. It's Residence Inn, and all the photos show kitchens, but the room was so small there wasn't barely room for us in it! And where the room was located every time someone opened one of the hallways doors it made a horrible noise that made you jump EVERY SINGLE TIME!

I wanted to clarify that the room you booked was our Guest Room type, which does not come with a kitchen or kitchen amenities such as a microwave or fridge. The room's description and photos on our website accurately reflect its features, and a kitchen is not included in this category.At Residence Inn, we offer a variety of room types, including suites and studios that do have full kitchens. Unfortunately, it seems that the room type you selected may not have aligned with your expectations.We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay, especially with the noise from the hallway. Your comfort is important to us, and we will address this issue with our maintenance team to improve the experience for future guests.

Excellent stay , great reception very helpful, Hotel in excellent location for Etihad and co-op Arena,walk or tram good breakfast, but don't go at 9.00 Very busy although they do advise that.
