Lovely hotel but restaurant service lets it down

Regrettably I’ve now had three occasions to complain about slow service at dinner and breakfast … and have had no feedback from the hotel.
I’ve even written to the General Manager and been ignored.
That’s a total lack of courtesy and guest concern and this is one guest who sadly will now start recommending other hotels.
Such as shame as I love the place, but there’s no excuse for ignorance and lack of courtesy. Clearly guests matter less than they should.

I did not like being subjected to a strange smell in hotel and especially in room. The solution was to leave our room for 30 minutes plus while they used ozone machine to disguise smell.

Fabulous arrival, dropped bags off, went shopping came back to check in (had done online) treated to a welcome glass of champagne. All food options explained well, escorted to room and facilities run through. Room beautifully presented, bed super comfortable. Looking forward to staying here again.

Amazing staff. Stunning hotel and perfect location for AO arena and shops.
Wished we had been told about Pride being in and road closures by the staff when I called at 8am, as took us 1 1/2 hours to do 1 mile. We could have left earlier !!
Just a little thing but everything else was supwrb
