Preflight stay over
On arrival the hotel looks and feels new. The staff are waiting for you as soon as you walk in and are very friendly. The restaurant has a good selection of food, and the bar area is cosy. The room was immaculate and everything you need whether coming or going from the airport.

Mid price but very good value for money. Great staff. Bed and bedding above par. TV in room did not work even after maintenance visit. We were moved to another room immediately. Parking signage (total lack off) caused multi car grid lock. Come on guys that’s easy to sort!

Perfect overnight stay for an early flight
Brand new hotel, a short walk to the airport station and skylink to the airport terminals. Very comfortable bed, great shower with quality toilettries, well designed room with thick curtains. Great soundproofing so very quiet. Very friendly staff.

Convenient stay near airport. Ok place to stay. There’s nothing outstanding that would stop me from checking out other airport hotels. Everything is fine. I do feel like they aren’t that concerned about customer satisfaction as they aren’t that flexible or amenable.

Modern, cool, minimalist rooms. Great shower! One of the best parts was the restaurant down stairs. Proper Italian. Great food. You can see the Italian chefs cooking as they go. Most hotel airport restaurants serve the usual dishes. This restaurant made us want to sit and have dinner

We chose Tribe because it had good reviews and because it claims to do hotelling differently. To be honest I found it no different from.any other hotel experience. That said, the bed and pillows were comfortable and there was a good shower, pretty much what was needed in.between two flights. The coffee/tea makings in the room were lacking however. Very scant supply of milk, tea and coffee. There is a coffee machine in the room and we asked for some coffee pods as the only ones in the room were decaf. The staff member promised to bring them to our room but never showed up. Thetevwas barely enough milk for two of us to have an instant coffee in the morning and no dairy free alternative.t There is a restaurant which was a bonus. The food was ok but highly priced. So overall the stay was ok but nothing special.

I had stayed here only for 1 night, also used restaurant for dinner. Positive things about hotel is room was clean and tidy. Negative: it took time while checking in as there was queue, also toiletry were not correctly managed, handwash inside of the shower cube and shampoo was outside. Overall it was good to stay for shorter period.

Check your bill carefully!!
Having paid using my rewards nights. They charged me again at the hotel! They just wouldnt have it that i had paid. Had to spend hours on to hotels.com customer service to solve the issue and eventually refund my rewards night. Its obviously a tactic used by the hotel to not have to honour reward night customers. Hotel is average and a bit of a walk with no signage!
