Friendly staff and well located. The hotel has seen better days. Although charming our room unfortunately had heating issues and it took 3 visits to finally get sorted with a space heater. There also was a musty smell in the hallways.

We hope to see you again soon and we will do our best to make your next stay a 10/10!Please accept our apologies for the problem with the Air Conditioning system in your bedroom. We are currently in the process of changing the heating system across the hotel and as we are transitioning from the old system to the new one, on some rare occasions heating might be problematic. I am very sorry to hear that, that issue affected your stay and I can assure that this issue will be fully resolved within the next few months, once the installation of our new system is fully completed. Beautiful Hotel, small room
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HotelsHotel is beautiful. Felt we got a rubbish room which was pokey and dated, looking at other rooms these seemed much better than ours and it smelt damp. No different to the other branded hotels nearby. The car park is a fair walk also.

Breakfast and Bar very good with excellent service. I loved the smell of the place so brought a midland candle .
