Second stay at this hotel. Disappointed this time to be placed in noisy bedroom on the first floor. We were woken up several times by the noise from Portland street. As we stayed on a relatively quiet Monday night, we were disappointed to have been allocated a noisy room. The hotel was not fully occupied. Also prior to our visit, we were not pre warned about water supply turning off at 9am on the Tuesday morning.

Hotel situated in a great location. Room was spotless and HUGE, with great views of the city. Staff was friendly and professional. Would highly recommended!

Our stay at the Townhouse was just for one night as we were going to a concert. We were a group of 3 ladies sharing a room which fabulous due to space in the room. Highly recommend this property.

Scalded by a shower

Arrived back from a night out at 11pm to find my keycard didn’t work. No lightbulbs in some lamps. Shower was tiny and also went from cold to scalding intermittently. Wont be returning.
