Awful.

Awful place to stay, service just as bad as the hotel. Room wasn’t clean, pen marks on the sheets, hairs in the shower, marks all over the walls. Beds are hard, and we were given a ‘free upgrade’ but that then meant we were in a room which backed on to a huge pipe that I can only assume was the heating system. At 6am this started up and that was our wake up call as it made the most horrendous noise. Walls were paper thin and we could hear people in the corridors until late into the night. We didn’t even bother staying for breakfast, but on checkout after waiting for a staff member to be found we did raise our issues. Only to be told we could expect a call in a couple of hours for a manager to discuss. Of course no call. We were also advised by the first member of staff to pay for parking in the morning, yet the next in the morning told us not to worry about paying, so really hope we don’t get a fine through the post but who knows. Although this wasn’t a cheap stay, my advise would be pay the slightly higher price and stay elsewhere.

Hotel is good. Clean and comfortable room Great location for Metrolink. Poor condition of room where curtains would not close.

スタッフの対応は親切。部屋は外扉と部屋の扉がカードキーで開くようになっており、セキュリティはなかなか。アメニティは何も無いので持参必須。部屋のクリーニングは期待しないほうが良いかも。初日入室時に前回利用者の使ったティッシュが床に落ちていたりした。
