DANCE MUSIC CAN DEFINITELY BE HEARD (2.00am)

The staff was very nice but our experience was very disappointing. We had originally booked a more expensive room as we had seen on the hotels.com website that "dance music may be heard" from other rooms. Unfortunately, we had to be moved as the blinds covering the ceiling windows in our room were broken. We were moved to a nice room but when returning that evening we found out that the hotel is located above a nightclub. DANCE MUSIC CAN DEFINITELY BE HEARD until 2.00am - beware! I am disappointed that this was not made very clear to us even though we had paid extra to book a room away from the music. To clarify, it was a Saturday night so we do understand but we would have stayed somewhere else if we had known. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this hotel on weekends if you want to sleep!

Hôtel très bien situé, Très agréable, belle chambre, personnel aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour facile et charmant. Un personnel capable de répondre à toute sorte de demande :transport, restaurants...

Très bon hôtel, très pratique d’accès depuis la gare avec le train qui fait la navette depuis l’aéroport. Chambre très bien décorée, personnel très attentionné.

Are stay was pretty good but there were some things that could improve for example i had to go down twice to reception due to my key card not working but the issue was dealt with quickly and the staff apologised for the inconvenience. Also the room had some age related issues such as the main light housing in the room was peeling away and there were cracks in the tiles in the bathroom which made the tiles move a little when you stepped on them but, overall is was a good hotel and the staff were amazing.

It would have been handy if there was a usb socket. Also the room above was very squeaky on the floorboards and noisy people in the hallways.

Being an older building, some floorboards may creak, but we’re sorry for any noise this caused. Our team regularly monitors the hallways to reduce disturbances from other guests.
