To be honest, room maintenance condition is not good. I found the leakage of water at the toilet and air conditioning, shelf of shower room is broken. However, the large room space and high ceiling is very comfortable.

トイレ周りのメンテが悪く漏水していたりするケースがあります。客が多い時はシャワーの水量が少なくなる場合があります。

Staff: great. Condition: needs Major TLC.

Staff was fantastic. The hotel has good a location on a main street. The manager is only a few days in his new job and has much delayed maintenance to attend to. The room was MOLDY. An obvious older water leak from the second floor bathroom. It was not repaired properly but the new manager said that he would attend to it immediately. I was offered another room but I declined do to so because 'I hate to move after I'm settled'. Decent restaurant on premises. This would be a really nice hotel if given some TLC.

I like the room that the ceiling is high, large room space and shower is independent.

The large room with high ceilings is very comfortable. I'm comfortable because shower space is independent. I don't like Myanmar standard of shower and toilet together layout.

The room is designed with laxuary resport image. The ceiling is high and room space is large. Shower space is separated that is confortable for foreigners.
