早い時間の到着でもチェックインさせてくれ、市内観光のチャーターのタクシーや観光案内のアドバイスも丁寧にしてくれた。
早朝のチェックアウトに際しては朝食と水を弁当で持たせてくれるなど、とにかく親切という印象。
場所も分かりやすく、部屋も綺麗で満足です。

Friendly staff and a clean room. Here’s my reasons I gave average rating:
1. Check out process took very long - front desk sent someone to my room to check everything was okay. That took a long time.
2. They charged me for 2000kyat for a stain on bath towel. I have no problem paying but wish I could have known during check in. There was no written or verbal rules about those charges. So be careful using towels.
3. This is what made me most upset. I paid hotel and hotel arranged a taxi to U-Bein bridge to see sunset and then the same taxi drive me to airport directly. We left at the time hotel suggested (5:15am) and got there at 5:45am. It was so dark and the Sunset was not until 6:20am. The driver asked me to take photos in dark and wanted to go to airport. He spoke almost no English but I can tell he didn’t want to wait so I had to argue with him that is not the arrangement I had with hotel and asked him to call hotel. End of story was I left before sunset because I was a solo traveler and didn’t want to upset him. So make sure you, hotel and the driver understand the arrangement. My mistake was only to talk to the hotel and trusted that hotel told the driver.

Booked a Double, but got a Twin room instead.

Sure, there's some fine print noticed in hindsight that says room 'preferences' can't be guaranteed, but I don't consider the bed type as a preference. The bed type is one of the prime conditions of a booking, and the hotel should be upfront about the availability of room types so that customers can make the appropriate choice to select a better hotel if this one has no double-bed rooms remaining. Very disappointing, I would not have chosen to book a twin room and so I cannot recommend this place based on their deceptive booking practices.
