The beachfront Casa Leonessa is at a high level of furnishing and ideal for family vacations. It is at the end of an inhabited street. On the west side it borders mostly on scrubland, the other sides are urbanized, but hardly built on. The house is easily accessible by road. It is surrounded by a sunny garden with shady palm trees, bushes and trees.
A large sunny veranda with a large dining table, several shade places, enough garden and beach furniture enable life outside the house and on the roof with another dining table.
The house has a large, air-conditioned, contemporary kitchen with a central wood-burning stove (winter).
3 large air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 beds each. Double beds with mosquito nets if required.
1 large modern shower with double sink and 1 outside shower with hot water.
1 functional and fully equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher.
In the closed area there is space for the PW. The house is equipped with all laundry and a washing machine, so that our guests only go on the trip with personal clothing and their favorite beach and bath towels.
All usual devices incl. Satellite TV and permanent internet with WiFi are available without restriction. The house is lockable and secured with an alarm system. The windows have fly screens.
A fixed garden grill is available. If it is not too hot, the roof terrace invites you to eat and linger with a distant view far over the Gulf of Taranto.
Suitability for 4-5 people (e.g. 2 adults and 3 children). No pets, no smoking.
An Italian-speaking local support will hand over and explain the house to you. It can be called up within a short period of time and helps if a breakdown occurs or questions arise.
Nearby, from June to September, fresh vegetables and a wide range of fruits can be bought very cheaply from the farm on every street corner. In the village center and in the nearby towns of Avetrana and Manduria you can find everything you need to buy. Nearby, very good restaurants invite you to enjoy the Puglies specialties and fish caught on site. Practically every day there are weekly markets in the area with attractive summer clothes, shoes and everything your heart desires.
4 kilometers away there is an extensive nature reserve with wild dune landscapes right by the sea. In general the sea is crystal clear, turquoise blue, very clean and further out very rich in fish. Divers and snorkelers get their money's worth here. The area withstands a comparison with Caribbean beaches here.
The house has been in Swiss ownership for 16 years. it is constantly renewed and has a high level of expansion.

Great place for families near amazing beaches
The house was in an amazing location near some of the best beaches in Salento. The rooms were comfy with air conditioning and there is a lovely outside area as well. It was very convenient to go to the beach and the house was equipped with all the basics to make it an easy and very enjoyable stay. Our kids loved the beach toys and porch swing in particular. We hope to visit again soon!

Wunderbares Haus in wunderschöner Gegend
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es war zwar etwas schwer zu finden, aber der Vermieter war sofort bereit uns telefonisch zu lotsen. Man erreicht den Vermieter grundsätzlich problemlos, es wird geholfen, wo immer man es möchte. Die Anlage ist schön, gut gelegen, ruhig und sauber. Betten liegen sich bequem. Das Meer ist klar und sauber. Am Wochenende ist der Strand gut gefüllt, aber gut auszuhalten. Wir wollten prompt gleich nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Leider war es zu unserem Zeitslot bereits gebucht. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen

Unterkunft noch schöner, als auf den Bildern zu sehen :-)
Unser Aufenthalt im Casa Leonessa war wundervoll. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub mit Selbstversorgung benötigt. Es mangelt wirklich an nichts. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Die Räumlichkeiten sind noch schöner, als man es auf den Bildern sehen kann. Wir waren Ende Mai/Anfang Juni dort und es war wunderbar ruhig. Erholen konnte man sich dort wirklich sehr gut. Der ortsansässige Strand ist ebenfalls wunderschön und das Meer traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer des Hauses war stets freundlich und wirklich angenehm. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ebenso! Wir haben uns super betreut gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich weiterzuempfehlen!

Schönes Haus, in Strandnähe
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Meer mit einem öffentlichen Strand ist in ca. 10-14 Gehminuten zu erreichen oder schneller mit den Fahrrädern, die in der Garage zur Verfügung stehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr angenehm.

Traumhaft schön und sehr zu empfehlen
Wir haben sehr schöne und erholsame 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr gut gepflegt und absolut sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und für erholsame Tage sehr gut geeignet. Wir waren täglich am Strand und es war einfach traumhaft. Es ist wahrhaftig ein sehr toller Fleck Erde. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

La casa è veramente in buono stato e c'è praticamente tutto (lenzuola, asciugamani, teli mare attrezzature per la spiaggia, ecc. Buon punto d'appoggio per visitare le spiagge della zona. Eric ( il proprietario) e Rosa (che si occupa praticamente di tutto) sono davvero molto gentili e disponibili

Une maison conçue pour passer un excellent séjour
La maison d’Eric Deloséa est très soignée, remarquablement bien équipée et tout est pensé pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour. A 700m de la plus belle plage du Salento (fréquentation, qualité de l’eau, agrément) même si ce n’est pas la plus côtée, on s’y rend à pied ou avec l’un des vélos mis à disposition, c’est particulièrement agréable. Il est à souligner la présence et la réactivité du propriétaire sur un problème mineur, c’est rare et très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans réserve !

Entspannter Familienurlaub
Wir haben mit unseren 3 Kindern 2 wunderbare Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine schöne und schattige Terrasse mit Liegestühlen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, selbst für den Strandbesuch ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig und somit für entspannte Urlaubstage bestens geeignet. Von hier aus gelangt man mit dem Auto schnell zu den schönen Orten, Stränden (z.B. in Torre Lapillo) und Restaurants der Umgebung. Oft waren wir aber auch am hausnahen Strand, der fußläufig (15 min) zu erreichen ist. Eine kleine Bar sorgte für Café, Eis und Snacks zwischendurch. Das Wasser war herrlich und glasklar. Bereits im Vorfeld gab es viele nützliche Tipps vom Besitzer, der sehr freundlich ist. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert, um jedes Anliegen wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Vorort wurden wir von Rosa empfangen und trotz Sprachbarrieren bestens betreut. Für uns waren es tolle Tage, wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Sehr komfortable und gut gesicherte Anlage
Die Anlage ist -gerade für süditalienische Verhältnisse auf einem sehr hohen Ausstattungsniveau und auch top gepflegt. Neben der "normalen" Ausstattung gibt es auch Liegen und Sonnenschirme für den Strand, das ist sehr praktisch.Der Vermieter spricht deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Abitazione molto spaziosa e comoda per una famiglia di 4 persone, molto pulita, completa di tutto, ottima la qualità della biancheria. La proprietà molto gentile e disponibile (grazie Sig.ra Rosa). la spiaggia leggermente lontana da raggiungere a piedi, comoda in macchina e bici (a disposizione x gli ospiti, come ank l'attrezzatura da spiaggia). Le foto nel sito non rendono giustizia al livello e qualità dell'abitazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliò vivamente questa struttura

Ein Superhaus für die ganze Familie
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist sehr komfortabel und ansprechend eingerichtet; es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und der Strand ist sowohl zu Fuß als auch mit den vorhandenen Fahrrädern sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie alle sehr zufrieden. Die Tipps vom Eigentümer bezüglich Restaurants und Ausflüge sind toll und wir haben so manches umgesetzt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser Urlaub hätte nicht besser sein können!
Wir als fünfköpfige Familie haben im Juli/August ´18 wundervolle 10 Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir konnten den An- und Abreisetermin frei wählen und waren somit nicht nur auf die verkehrsreichen Samstage beschränkt. Das war für uns u.a. ein sehr positiver Aspekt, da wir noch einige Tage in der Toscana dranhängen wollten. Zum Haus: die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet - es fehlt einfach an nichts; alle Geräte sind voll funktionstüchtig und es gibt ausreichend schönes! Geschirr sowie Besteck. Da alle Räume voll klimatisiert sind, konnten wir die heißen Nächte sehr gut überstehen. Die überdachte Terasse mit dem geräumigen Tisch und den bequemen Stühlen haben wir sehr gerne genutzt - durch die günstige Lage hat man "nur" die Morgensonne (heiß genug :-)); nachmittags bis in den Abend hinein lässt es sich dort gut aushalten, da sie nicht dauernd aufgeheizt wird. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind ausschließlich zu Fuß zum Strand rübergelaufen - keine Parkplatzsuche nötig! Schirme und sonstiges Inventar für Kinder: alles ist im Haus vorhanden! Regelmäßig kommen ein Bäcker und Eisverkäufer in die Straße; direkt auf dem Weg zum Strand gibt es einen deutsch sprechenden, sehr freundlichen Obstverkäufer - somit war auch für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt! Alles in allem ein perfekter, sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Das Haus können wir nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
