I will never use VRBO for this reason and will also inform all of my colleagues, family and friends to do the same. Very disappointing to say the least and unprofessional as a company to handle issues such as this the way it has been handled.

We are very sorry you feel this way. You arrived on Guam after typhoon and unfortunately internet was still not working in many parts of the island.
I am truly sorry but this was beyond my control.
The good news is that internet is now working and everything on Guam is back to normal.
