Very basic place. Bathroom in our room leaked from floor and from the ceiling. Water flooded everywhere. Only other room had broken ac. Very bad sewer smell around property and near the kitchen area. Rooms were clean but very musty smelling.

Victor was cool. Very nice and relaxing guy. The location of the property was awesome and accessible. Also, the accommodations were excellent.

While the staff was nice, our room lack of basic services like running water in toilets and showers. Maybe was due to the season but the staff was not able to fix these issues and let us hanging for a few days until we cancel the booking. They are nice people but very disorganized and unprofessional.

Dear Luis,If you believe that a hotel is unprofessional just because during a peak holiday there wasnt any technician available to come, definitely you 'd never be a good critic. Things happen, even in the best hotels, and we explained that to you. You said that bottomline was that your older parents did not like Nunkai. It's a shame that in order to obtain the full refund now you change the story. It is also inaccurate to say that we left you hanging for a few days. You just stayed with us 2 nights and the shower started with the problem on your second day.
