Upon arrival, the property was not in any condition to be inhabited. There was a giant hole in the wall in which the personnel were installing a window, dirt and dust all over the beds, the WiFi didn’t work, and the receptionist was not there at the time he was supposed to be—and was rude after arriving late. Also, I overheard another guest complaining that the receptionist, who also lived at the property, was acting creepy and following all of the females staying at the property at night. Because of these reasons, I left the property and found somewhere else to stay.

Hello. I think I answer you before in the first comment. Again if you look for us in other placer you will see how good hostel we are.
I can’t understand how can you leave 2 comments at the same time?
But first we were changing the window so you can have a better window. Again if you arrive 6 in the morning we don’t have to give you the room right away. The check in is 2 o’clock ( 14:00) we want to give the best experience to our guest and the best place so they can feel Confortable here. Unfortunately you left because your friend were manipulated you . After you left another person book the same room that was for you. And it was perfect 👌 new window, air conditioner, private bathroom with hot shower. You missed to stay in a nice place because you didn’t have patient. You wrote in the last message that you stay with a friend. But again the check in is 14:00 not 7 in the morning. And but the way the single girls that stay in the hostel want to hang out with us not just girls but man as well. So we are like family that go out together and have a nice time together. I think you misunderstood everything. We take care of the people are staying with us.

I booked this hotel and when arrived there was no one in the reception to receive me. Tried to contact the phone number and there was no answer.
Was left without a hotel for my stay and ended up having to share a room with some friends due to other hotels close by being booked.

Hey amigo. I am so sorry for you. We always do A great job to keep our guest happy. next time you arrive 6 in the morning to a hostel or a place at least be conscience and sit and relax for a while. you see what happens when you take fast decision. Much better be calm and enjoy. Chill.
