Comfortable condo

Publié le 15 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis ground floor, clean and well appointed apartment was the perfect landing spot for my mother and me for the 10 days we spent in Manhattan. Across the street from Cico Park and nestled among the neighborhoods of West Manhattan, this apartment was convenient and quiet. 5 minutes from campus, great restaurants and shopping, and 10 minutes from downtown. These apartments are older, but charming and well cared for. There is a shared laundry room down the hall from the apartment with 2 free washers and a free industrial dryer! Tara was amazing to work with and incredibly kind and responsive! We loved our stay!

Clean and quiet

The unit was nicely updated with all the right amenities and perfect for my wife and myself plus our daughter exiting the Army. Everything was fully stocked as well, with coffee pods, individual shampoo and conditioner bottles, and soap. The host was easy to work with too. Felt like staying at a relatives house. Also, the parking is right out in front of the unit, which makes loading/unloading really convenient.

Just okay
Publié le 30 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayHold to get ahold of Property manager. Not enough blankets, window coverings let in too much light, mold in grout in bathroom, tub didn’t drain and sink faucet leaked. Also showed picture of cozy fire but no supplies or instructions about how to use fireplace.
