We were given the handicap room and the shower water spilled out over bathroom floor and slipped on the flooring .

Check in was easy and fast. The man who checked us in was great! I paid $10 for the breakfast when i booked. It did not say if it was for everyone in the room or per person, but it would have been understandable if it were $10 per person. We came down for breakfast and was told we'd be given a ticket but it would be added to the room. When finishing breakfast, we were given a ticket for $46. The lady at the breakfast area was friendly, but didnt know how it would be credited. We asked the front desk and the girl working it had no idea. She stated that the 3rd party(hotels.com) would take care of it. I was charged $46 on top of the $10 I paid initially for breakfast. The breakfast was not worth $10 even if I had been charged correctly. I am now stuck going back and forth between Hotels and Hilton bc neither say they have control of the charge to my card on file.
Other than that, the building was very nice, very clean, and close to a lot of places! I would stay again, but will be skipping the breakfast.

The only negative is that sound carried easily into our room from the hallway and from the room above us. Other that that, it is an excellent place to stay.
