Pour une nuit sa peux passer...
Personne au lobby a notre arrivée, une feuille sur le bureau avec un numéro de téléphone que l'on doit appeller pour que la personne vienne pour notre check-in...
Chambre correct sans plus...
Bref, tres ordinaire

Publié le 11 juill. 2016 sur HotelsL'homme à la réception était plutôt lent à répondre à nos demandes et il était seul pour tout faire dans l'hôtel. Il n'y avait pas de literie pour le canapé-lit, seulement des couvertures. Le déjeuner chaud était bien mais répétitif. Drôle de oeufs. Quelques tâches au niveau de la propreté de la chambre.

Close to the renaissance faire which is great if you can leave your car there & walk to the lot, but a bit of an issue when it takes you 35 minutes to leave their lot to get back to your room.

We travel regularly. Many nights we have to check in much later because of how our schedule works. When we do, we will contact the property days ahead of time to be sure that 1) there is an attendant at the desk 2) the night audit will not cancel out our rooms. Our stay was for Aug 23. We contacted the property on the 21 of Aug. Spoke to the front desk. They told us this was fine but we needed to call when we were getting close to the facility as they lock the doors at night. We made note of this and did as instructed. On the night of the 23 / morning of the 24, we began calling the facility. There was no answer. Both myself and another member of our team tried to no avail. Faced with this dilemma and it being 2 am, we made the decision to stop at another hotel that was open as we had no way of knowing if the property where our reservation was made was even open, or if there was an attendant as no one answered the phone.
We made contact w the facility four times since the incident. Two of these times, the front desk attendant told me to call back on Saturday (it was a Tuesday) as that is when the manager is in. I did as requested, strange as the request was. I spoke to someone that called themselves the manager. They listened to my concerns and said they were going to speak to an employee and they would deal with the refund. We have yet to receive one, no contact from the facility. I feel we are just being ghosted as they think we have no recourse. Book at your own risk

Walked into the hotel with most of the lights off. Our guest room nightstand handle was broken. There was a dirty wash cloth left on the shower rack, toilet paper in the shower. Pillows looked dirty.
Would not stay here again.

Everything we needed was available from check in to check out. The room and facility was super clean and comfortable.
