Jordan is a great central location

This trip was the second in Madera and it stays the same in terms of quality though I had an electrical problem during one night and the lights and bell went on randomly 3 times during deep sleep. Consequently the hotel staff offered me the rest of my stay in a great suite. This event happened to me in another HK hotel so I guess it is not really the hotel fault : too much technology leads to less control sometimes. Globally speaking it is a great place, clean, nice inside, and the service is good.

We were upgraded to a 1BR deluxe suite. Breakfast was a fantastic ammenity. Loved the pool. Made good use of the gym. Staff was wonderful.

The family room we stayed in was amazing. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. Good delicious variety of food. Overall, it went beyond my expectations. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Manila and I will gladly recommend Ascott to my family and friends.
