Check-in is a bit complicated, the lady in the lobby have no idea which building we are booked, then asked for additional cash because the room is good for 2, but my booking clearly states 3 guests

Gut war die Unterkunft, schlecht war, dass Man in Manila alles mit Taxi erreichen muss Das kostet viel Geld.Seit 1986 komme nach Philippines weil meine Frau aus Pangasinan stammt und seit 50 Jahren in Deutschland teils beruflich tätig war.Abet das Leben auf den Philippinen ist nicht besser geworden.Das ist schlecht für die Menschen Die in den Condos und Resedences arbeiten aber immer noch besser für die meisten Menschen dort.Die Brezze Residence war eine Katastrophe die Cost Residenz in die gleich bei Anreise sofort umgezogen sind Insgesamt befriedigend Gruss Armbrust

Was very confused as to where hotel was at. There is only a address and not the hotel me name. Very confusing when checking in . Didn't accommodate me when I first arrived. Had to call "owner" so she can talked with me. When in the room there was no soap or shampoo and very little toilet paper. Was not told that I would the one who buys all that. No bottled water as a courtesy. The tv remote control didn't work had to use cable box to change channels. The owner of room offered me to take me to the airport in the early morning as my flight was in morning. I called to times and then I get a text message telling me that she couldn't take me to airport and I had to get a taxi! Worst experience ever. Never will I stay there again. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I WISH TO CLEAR THE CLOUDS OF LIE, WE ARE NOT 5 STAR HOTEL ANYWAY, THAT'S WHY OUR PRICE IS VERY CHEAP THAN THE HOTEL LIKE WHAT'S IN YOUR MIND, I WOULD SUGGEST FOR YOUR NEXT JOURNEY YOU BOOKED 5 STAR HOTEL LIKE MARRIOT HOTEL, SHERATON HOTEL AND HOTEL BUT THE ROOM CHARGES IS HIGHER THAN OUR ROOM CHARGES OR MAYBE TRIPLE CHARGES THAN OUR ROOM CHARGES, YOUR RESERVATION IS STUDIO ROOM BUT WE PUT YOU IN 1 BEDROOM FOR YOUR COMFORTABLE WHICH IS THE PRICE IS DEFFERENT. OFFERING YOU TO TAKE IN THE AIRPORT IS OUR INTIATIVE BUT SOME SITUATION BEYOND OF OUR CONTROL OUR CAR HAVING MECHANICAL PROBLEM ON THAT TIME THAT'S WHY WE CAN'T TAKE YOU TO AIRPORT. THE REMOTE IS WORKING WHEN WE CHECKED ONLY WE FOUND OUT THAT THE BATTERY WAS WRONG POSITION MAYBE YOU DON'T TRY TO CHECK FIRST THE POSITIONING OF BATTERY. THE CONDOTEL HAS NO SHAMPOO AND SOAP BUT YOU BRING YOUR OWNED PERSONAL KIT, BUT YOU CAN REQUEST DURING CHECK IN TIME. ANYWAY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR GREAT MESSAGE HERE AND EVERY BODY READ THIS VERY FRUITFULL MESSAGE YOU MADE AND THIS MESSAGE MANIFESTED TO YOUR PERSONAL WHOLE LIFE TO DEVASTATED OUR BUSINESS.
