Great location; right near Robinson's Galleria and quick ride to the airport. The hotel room itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. A great value for the price.

A nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The room was very big and comfortable.

All the staffs of the hotel were very accommodating and helpful. We had a restful night and really enjoyed our 1 night stay in Citadines. The unit was also clean, tidy and spacious.

I had an overall great experience. The staff was very welcoming and accomadating. There was always someone at the door to greet us and open the door. There was always someone at the lobby to assist us. The breakfast every morning was delicious and I felt right at home staying here. It's also a great location for pick ups and drop offs as well as for any grab orders. They have elevator access as well as a wheel chair if needed to be taken up to the room. The room itself was comfortable and kept clean. I also took advantage of the spa services for facial and the staff was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend this place for others.

Staff was super friendly and they accommodated us when we had gotten there after check in. Room was beyond great... Had a full kitchen with pots, pans and utensils included. A very nice gym that I really enjoyed.

Very kind and accommodating staff, room was clean and well maintained, location is great, close to shops, breakfast could be better, will stay again.

The best stay so far, staffs were very nice, room was clean and neat, everything you need in kitchen were provided, overall very satisfied.
