とても素晴らしいホテルでした。
日本語は全く通じません。最終日エアコンが故障して夜フロントに連絡しましたが不在のようで朝までエアコン使えずそのままチェックアウトとなり残念でしたが、その他のサービスはとても良かったです。

Mixed up my luggage en route to room. Toilet was broken, and it adjoined a hideous casino. Would never go back.

Lots of dining options within the hotel; staff were friendly and polite, felt really safe as a lone traveller. Only downside is the cigarette smoke from the casinos wafting into the restaurant areas. Restaurant by the pool’s always a good option although only open until 8pm.
