What we liked about the hotel was the close proximity to MOA and the airport. We also liked that there was airport shuttle available. What we did not like were the following: Sewer smell in the room, dated fixtures - the control buttons on the AC were ripped/cracked, the attached table was broken, the complimentary breakfast could be better. Please educate staff on the importance of acknowledging food allergies of guests as this could be life threatening.

The TV did not have news channels and was poor quality picture, hard to see and hard to hear. lock box kept locking up and had to call the front desk several times. The food in the hotel cafe was horrible as for breakfast no bacon, eggs were cold and no service.

I would highly recommend staying at hotel 101 - Manila. The price was affordable and walking distance to a variety of restaurants and the Mall of Asia. We have stayed at a fair few hotels and this hotels house keeping service was by far the best we have experienced. They were always accommodating and prompt with all of our requests.

I love the location of near MOA. But it needs a serious upgrade. The bath towels are dingy and NOT bright white!

The staffs were friendly. The room was too tight, and when we arrived there the pillow doesn’t have a pillow case and no towels. I don’t know if the one who cleaned our room was tired or what but

It took us 45 minutes waiting in the line to check in. When we finally got the key, it could not open the door. It took the hotel another 30 minutes to send someone to help on opening the door. The room was old and very basic, the tv was blurry to watch, the wifi breaks up every minute. Only merit is the location - 10 minutes walk to MoA and 20 minutes walk to Parqal

This is close to SM MOA, walking distance and easy access to eateries and shopping. Linens I do not like . It looks off white. I know it is clean but appeared dirty because of the color. The internet is so slow.

Affordable hotel with nice location walkable to Mall of Asia and even have a mall beside the hotel. Jollibee is also next to it. Our room is quite small which makes it difficult for me with 3 kids to open more than one big suitcases as there's not enough room for it. Other than that, it's all good. I don't mind coming back again but maybe I should book 2 rooms for the family to make sure there's enough room to shuffle luggages.

OK stay...could be better.
Fairly OK. But there are things that could be better. The WIFI could be better, There should be towels ready (which there was none on arrival) and transport service could be a bit more affordable. Breakfast menu should be a bit different each day with more Filipino, American or European style choices.
