It's safe due to its proximity to Malacanang palace. The price is also very reasonable.

It was overall disappointing because of the kitchenette that was confirmed during booking but was not available during our stay. The staff was very accommodating, especially the canteen personnel and neighbours were very helpful with our situation.

2 blocks from the Malacanag Palace.
