needs more prompt and efficient services :
security/parking attendant, reception/ rooming
assistance/ more key cards (only one given for at
least 2 room in clients

The staff I talked to over the phone was very unhelpful. I have explained to her my situation but still didn't give a consideration.
My flight arrived at 10:30PM and was able to check-in by 12midnight. I was requesting to have a late check-out but was instead offered to pay for half the rate for a late check-out of 3PM. How ridiculous!!!

No bedroom slippers, i asked for it - front desk told me to wait for the delivery but no one came.
The breakfast menu was very limited (no fruits) as well as the space/area (2nd floor)
Wifi connection in the room was very poor - i called the front desk twice to report such, i was told that they would check, but until we checked out i was not able to connect to it.
There was a lot of noise which is very audible esp during the night - no notice of whatsoever was given to the occupants/guests (9th floor)

Pretty decent room for the price. Although, actual room looks different from the advertised pictures.

In need of remodeling
Publié le 2 mars 2019 sur HotelsThe hotel is on a major road so there is nearly 24 hours of honking horns and traffic noise. The bathroom had no towel racks and the shower was a light spray which never really got very warm. It would have been nice to have bedside table lamps as an option over the bright ceiling light fixture. There was only one light blanket on the bed and the floor was not carpeted. The breakfast was not worth the cost. The omelette was greasy and overcooked, the juice was made from a powder, and the toast was cold. We did appreciate that the bottled water in the room was free of charge, though!
