owner did not show up!! Had to book another place!
Posted Jun. 19, 2018 on ExpediaYou must be kidding! We were there in the afternoon around 330 PM. The lady at the lobby had no idea we were even coming, and they had no contact information. They were asking us questions we had no clue about, like what room we had reserved- to which we reponded Max Stays- Max Style, only to be told that the owner or the rep of the owner had left and did not leave a message to them that anyone was coming! We had to get accommodations in a very short amount of time because there is no way we were waiting for anyone who did not even have the courtesy to atleast leave a note for us. For tired travelers who needed to rest, this is a major let down. Thumbs down all the way. I will tell everyone I know.

We really apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. It just so happened that we are currently having our staff turnover and endorsement was not properly executed. Rest assured that we are taking actions to the issue raised. To give us a chance to turn your experience around, you can either credit your 2 nights stay with us or refund the payment. Hoping for your kindest understanding. Thank you so much!
I expect a full refund or I will report this property on every site you have a listing on. It is unfortunate that guests have to suffer the consequences of staff mismanagament. Hoping this does not happen to other guests.
