Choosing to stay here was a mistake. I had stayed at similar places in other countries however the standards with the place were better in terms of cleanliness and care for their the facilities.
I had arrived late due to my flight which I mentioned when arriving and was greater with “You’re late, it’s 1,000 pesos for security cover” that’s fine but considering on the website it did say 24hr check in I didn’t did not think my late flight would be an issue.
First room I had had a roach in it and someone had clearly slept in the bed as there were sweat stains in the bed and hair.
To the credit of the manager (I think they were the manager) I was put in another room. I took him up to show him.
The newer room was better but even with this room it was not that clean either and there was a lizard in the shower.
I had to book somewhere else the next day as couldn’t handle staying in that environment.
I think what didn’t help is next day no one was at reception until 9:30 so really no support until then.
Depending on how long you’re staying I’m not sure I could recommend here. Seeing earlier reviews make that clearer.
Personally given the issues I had a refund would be in order as I never had the full stay but how likely this is I have no idea.
Room was nice but lacking in some areas, like the bathroom not having any hooks or racks to hang clothes and towels.
Regardless, the overall experience was fine
the entire room had a funky smell, and we had to buy deodorizers to combat it
at the time also, only one was working the housekeeping
for the entire building which didn't help their case

You should expect to not have any view from the windows, depending on which room you get. However, for its price, it makes sense.
The room was clean and tidy, and room service was available.
The room was spacious and well-kept, however we had a few encounters with roaches over the duration of the stay, and even after having had the room cleaned.
The blinds on the window does not go up as it should because a portion of it was broken.
Room above expectation. Guests need to be aware that there are no facilities, no 7/11, no stores, no restaurants in the area. However it is a very small ride to the nearby mall complexes or a 15 min walk.
A convenient budget budget hotel option if you have business in Diliman. It's just 5-10 mins away from SM North EDSA where the transit terminal is. Pretty basic but good.
Note the rooms do not have windows and no international cable t.v. WiFi is okay.
A big room to improve for the hotel is the consistency and activeness of hotel staff in making guests feel welcome. Only some staff actively greet guests. Also, I had a problem with the vending machine and asked the front desk for assistance. The staff simply said she can't help. She should at least offer solutions or sympathize since the vending machine is in the hotel area. I don't blame her; staff should be taught by management how to deal with it. I had worked as HR in a hotel before and had experienced many hotels. Active customer service is basic if you want people to happily reccomend your hotel to others.
Caution: The neghborhood is not well lit at night but was fine and quite.
