Staff are friendly and accomodating. A little bit disappointed with the overall look of the room, considering that it is supposed to be one of tge newly renovated rooms. The paint work and finishing are half completed.

Bad customer service

Zero customer service, we've waited for almost an hour for just a burger and pasta. The F&B staff left us at the roof deck without anymore assistance after serving the late food. The food was serve cold already. The staff are not accommodating even the front desk.
