I wasn’t able to check in because the front desk said I had to contact the owner to check in. I attempted to contact the owner but never got a response. I had to go and get a room at another hotel. Very disappointed that I have $373 away. Now I understand why they don’t do refunds. They are a scam

The owner of the property charged us DOUBLE to use the swimming pool as opposed to other guests !!! also everything with him had to be CASH he would not let me do a bank transfer ??? so he is avoiding paying tax on his income ! is this something Shell condoms ? i will inform the relevant TAX Authority to investigate this ! furniture kept falling apart ie the pull out bed ? and also the property was very very dirty, we will never RETURN !!

experience. We thought we were booking with a hotel but this turned out to be something like an Airbnb with a private group that’s renting out some condos. We notified them that our plane was arriving at 2 am and that we will need to check in around that time a month before our arrival. They didn’t communicate that they’re an Airbnb and there’s not a front desk to let us in at night.
On their booklet they said that they would clean the rooms every day - but it never got cleaned the whole time we stayed there.
There wasn’t enough blankets for everyone.
The ac was only in one room so one room was always cold and the other room was hot.
The service was also horrible. I do not recommend this place. It tarnished my view of Hotels.com to allow such an establishment. We complained to the building staff and they had told us that they get complaints about them all the time. They said that they are supposed to be there between 3pm - 6pm but sometimes they don’t show up so the guests who are arriving are left stranded and the building security is having to deal with them.
HORRIBLE! And the rooms are not good. There are other places to stay that are much much nicer at half the cost!

The stay was ok. View is not good due to nearby construction. The fridge wasnt working which spoiled two dishes. Overall ok for a short stay.

No TV remote. WiFi was on and off. Was charge because the key broke while I was turning the knob (poor quality metal) and they say it's my fault. Am I Superman that I can break steel?
