You get what you pay for.
Pros- price is good, safe area, near airport & MOA. Cons- Room is very basic, cleanliness is not the best, towels came very late, you can hear the departing airplanes.

though it's close to the permanent place of destination. My 2 days stay was very inconvenient. The amenities are nil . Not even icemaker in the building. The room is so small for the three of us.
