Beware: Quarantine stay only.

Beware!!! Quarantine stay only even if not stated in ther description. I booked this hotel 24 hours before my arrival so not refundable. I arrived to this hotel dirctly from the airport and I was told by the security that this hotel is for quarantine stay only even if I had a booking. Now tourists vaccinated and negative pcr test are exempted from quarantine. So I was at the reception desk of this hotel and they just told me that I couldnt stay because I was not in quarantine. No help to find another hotel and I have to write to request a refund like if this was my mistake. BUT NOWHERE IN THEIR ADD THEY SAY QUARANTINE ONLY. I am not the only one with that case. As I left more people were arriving from the airport with the same reception at this hotel.

The hotel has fully coordinated with our OTA partner regarding the current set of guests that it can only accommodate. And this can be found in the OTA's website. Hôtel de construction récente, situé en plein centre d Ermitage/ Malate. Propre, personnel aimable et toujours souriant. Seul reproche : les chambres sont vraiment petites mais dans l' ensemble : bon hôtel.
