The shower has no door and it is unsanitary because the water flooded the area outside the shower, the toilet bidet is too short, the commode has no room to sit to do your business the area is too tight, other than that the staff are all helpful.

The is great thats the reason everytime i need a hotel near the airport i always take this Hotel. The stuff are nice and polite. I never had an issue staying here. Its been my 3rd time staying in this hotel. I will greatly reacommend it.

Bathroom sink was clogged in our room, shower sink gets clogged after 2 minutes of taking a shower. They knew there are 4 guests that's going to be in the room but yet, they only gave us 2 pairs of towels, and water bottles. I still had to call them to give us more essentials. The mugs still had coffee marks in it, had to rinse it and clean it ourselves. Overall, below average. Maybe it was just our room that was really not comfortable and dirty maybe the other rooms are fine but still not acceptable for what we paid for. For the price, not worth the stay for what they give you. Way too overpriced.

We checked in 3pm so we expect that all rooms are ready since the check out time is 10am butbit is not. Webare told that 2 of 3 rooms are only ready but they can not guarantee what time the other room will be ready but was told they will prioritized the cleaning. We waited an hour but the room are not ready yet.
