Chambre confortable mais un peu petite. Il est difficile d'obtenir ce qu'on souhaite du personnel, qui semble trop souvent empêché par des contraintes administratives (changer une date de réservation, prendre une nuit supplémentaires, régler les consommations du mini bar...).

First off, i wouldnlike to state my review has absolutely nothing to do with the staff as they did their best tobtry and resolve a bad situation. Amenities are good. Staff is great. Elevators are horrible. They can take up to 25 minutes to arrive as there are only 3 elevators for the whole tower and one of them was not servicing the hotel. Lastly, the sheer number of cockroaches is overwhelming. Staff is aware as they state that even though they do regular pest control, they cannot control whst the people in the apartments do. Even though i had my room sprayed twice, the cockroaches persisted. In the bathroom, on the desk, on the nightstands... EVERYWHERE!
