Bel hôtel historique avec une âme particulière.
Publié le 28 avr. 2024 sur HotelsHôtel historique, de grande capacité, sans que ce soit trop dérangeant. Grand et beau hall, où pianiste et orchestre alternent en fin d'après-midi et soirée.
Un âme à laquelle nous sommes sensibles.
Piscine vite envahie par les enfants (période mi-avril).

Stressful, awful

After my first night, they found an empty cigarette box in my room… so they decided to charge me 200 dollars for this…
I’ve spent the next 2 days in that hotel explaining that this empty box was just me cleaning my backpack after a 20h flight … like I was some criminal.
Never again I will set a foot in that hotel. Ever.

- ) lifts/elevators often out of service or can get use. The quality of swimming pool water need to be improve. An effecient treatment is necessary to avoid the blur of the water. This is a sign of degradation of quality water from troubles filters or not enough treatment.

Great hotel
Publié le 23 oct. 2024 sur HotelsGreat hotel, we were upgraded because my gold status with hotels.com but the rooms are all very nice, clean, spacious and good amenities. Restaurants are great and good location. Service is really what made the difference for us, the staff is incredible

A great stay!
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsA beautiful hotel from another time. From checkin to checkout everything was perfect. All the staff were very professional.The breakfast buffet was very extensive but very busy, even at 730am.
The staff was very helpful in helping us find a driver to San Juan, La Union.
