Very nice hotel, comfortable room, but we couldn't warm up the room that was too cold, so we turned it off. Also the huge hall is very beautiful, but too cold. I had to wear a scarf.

I'm platinum Expedia. Around 50 nights a year around the world. This superb property blew me away. Exceeded all my expectations. Room technology somewhat dated but an irrelevance in a sea of excellence. Breakfast was my interpretation of Breakfast Heaven.

Beautiful, exceptionally maintained property. The Hotel staff and Concierge, especially Aura, were very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Old Manila was very good as was your breakfast buffet. The lobby was beautiful and well decorated. I very much enjoyed listening to the choir on Friday evening. I was unable to dine at Spice as it was booked solid. I look forward to returning!

Been to this Hotel a few times in the past it's starting to show its age. The breakfast buffet is delicious but very expensive as are the cocktails in any of the food and beverage prohibitively so more expensive than the US. Rooms are adequate somewhat small but comfortable.
