Bed is so hard, it could be the floor. Sofa uncomfortable. Kitchen lacks equipment for cooking. Shower lacks water pressure.
Theres plenty of better options available nearby.

Very dark rooms .. they say kitchen .. but without nothing … not even a pan to boil 2 eggs.. windows facing other rooms and very dark! Parking abusing expencive … worst hotel even in makati

No problems encountered for us over 5 nights stay. Staff very courteous and willingness to assist in all areas.
