Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayEstupenda urbanización con varias piscinas lo que facilitaba que siempre hubiera tumbonas disponibles. Tiene vigilancia y portería. También un pequeño gimnasio y una pequeña sauna.
El apartamento está muy bien aunque necesitaría algo de actualización en menaje de cocina (un dia pedimos una sarten nueva porque las que habia no estaban en buen estado y nos la trajeron al día siguiente), platos, copas y vasos muy justos.
Parte del mobiliario no está en buen estado (nevera, una silla de la terraza...).
El aire acondicionado y la gran terraza son geniales. También el acceso a la playa tan cerca.
Muy buena opción como apartamento.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and the amenities that come with our property. I am sorry that there was a problem with some of the furniture. Unfortunately we could not foresee the breakage of the patio chairs. The refrigerator handle looks like it’s loosened over time and subsequently broken off however the interior was still working and immaculate.
Thank you for reporting the problems quickly to us. The patio furniture and refrigerator have now been replaced.
We hope to see you again in the future.

It would have been nice to have toilet paper (even if it was one roll in each bathroom). Overall stay was good.

Location, Location, Location!

Very close to bars and restaurants, no hills or steps to navigate.
Great area, lots of choice of places to eat and drink. Very pretty marina with a nice boardwalk along beach.
Quite a standard, basic apartment but has everything you need. Good wifi, tv and aircon.
Bedding and towels ok, maybe could do with upgrade but not essential.
Downsides -
Pools all closed due to drought ( just tough luck, so no fault of owners)
Drains in main bathroom stink ( issues in whole complex, reading reviews)
Garage doors directly below bedroom very noisy, quite annoying once heard and quite frequent ( again, not owners fault, its just where apartmentis situated in block.)
All in all i would say this apartment is what it says, and i would definitely book again for the area and convenience of everything.

Hi Ann,
When we first bought the apartment I thought the noise from the underground garage was a washing machine. Sorry about the pools all the pools in the area were closed due to the drought.
Ill upgrade bedding and towels, they need replacing regularly.

La situación es ideal, en primerísima línea de playa, con todo tipo de servicios alrededor, y al lado del puerto deportivo con mucho ocio y restauración. El mobiliario correcto, la terraza genial para nuestro perrito. Tenía también detergente, pastillas de lavavajillas, jabón de manos, papel higiénico, etc. Bien equipado de menaje y con electrodomésticos nuevos. La zona de piscina también muy bien, siempre había hamacas disponibles a pesar de ser agosto. Muy buena comunicación con el dueño.

Fantastic location, nice apartment
Publié le 26 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was nice and in a great location, there were a few small things that needed to be fixed which we notified Terry about and unfortunately the twin beds were not very comfortable. There was no visitor information other than how the TV worked, which would have been useful, especially about where to put rubbish and swimming pool opening hours. Overall lovely stay and would stay again.
