In summary: swimming pool not as described in the ad, rusty and very dirty barbecue, rusty pool ladder, holey and dirty sheets, sticky and greasy dishes, unstable wifi and 6 days without wifi. General power cut when the washing machine is running. No negotiation with the agency and very arrogant call center. So never again with this agency and a complaint is in progress.
