The property was very nice and more than expected for the price. We had to cut our trip short and the staff went above and beyond to get us a refund. Dont miss the pizza in the lounge it is fantastic!

This is a lovely property that clearly caters to male golfers. Our group of three women without golf plans were made to feel unwelcome by staff when we had needs (for network television to watch the Olympics or for a private place to take a phone call).

I am very sorry to hear about this. Not making you feel welcome is the last thing I would expect from my staff. I guess I am not sure how much more private we could make your guest room in order to take a private call. We do have several bathrooms on the ground floor as well as a chaning room in the pool. I know it is not ideal, but a private place nonetheless. The Olympics were availalbe to watch in our Lobby and in our Lounge. If it isn't offered on the television in your room, that is a broadcasting issue. I believe it was on several channels including The Golf Channel, NBC, NBCU, CNBC and USA. I am sorry if you were not able to access them with any of those options. I will check with our cable provider and make sure it was not something wrong on their end. Thank you for your feedback and I will see what I can do to improve on these areas.

Great place to stay in Manistee! Went with my wife and three year old daughter and had a wonderful stay. Daughter played in the indoor pool, wife enjoyed the indoor hot tub. It happened to be cold the evening we were there, but they also had outdoor pool and hot tub options.
As an additional note, we received an email from the manager alerting us ahead of time that there would be live music until 11 P.M. the evening we arrived.
This is something that is helpful to know if you have a light sleeping wife and young child.
Loved our stay!

Not returning
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HotelsHotel room was very dated. Beds were very soft and uncomfortable. I had a used lotion left there for us. It was extremely noisy and I heard conversations, people talking in the hallway, and doors slamming. We will not return here.
On the positive side, the staff was extremely friendly.

I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We are currently working on many renovations throughout the property. Next on the list is our guest rooms. They all have new mattresses as of two years ago and for being a seasonal property, they were not used as much as a typical bed. They have all new linens including curtains. The carpet is fairly new as well. Also, did you mention to the front desk staff that there were people bothering you in the hallways? We are always here to assist you, 24 hours a day. I am glad though that you did enjoy your interaction with our staff. Hopefully you will give us another try in the future some time. Have safe travels!

Great preople!
