Their desk clerk Shelly went way beyond to help me with the mess that I made with my Reservations. She did this with a smile and didn't make me feel like an Incompetent older person.

The only issue we experienced was that the outside security door to the rear of the hotel did NOT lock.
Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean & modern.
Breakfast was typical continental and well stocked.
Overall a positive experience, price was competitive for the market.
