Peaceful getaway

Super nice little getaway

Great house and host

Great Lake location!!
Publié le 30 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were fortunate that Michigan weather blessed us! Great location but the stairs to lower level are a challenge for elderly (we are 70 and 74). Next time we would go for upper level! Even so, they are pet friendly and we had a small dog so the space was great and gave her freedom contained by steps!! Would definitely recommend!

I'm glad you had a good stay, in regards to the stairs they seemed to have gotten worse in the 20 yrs that I have owned the place. The stairs do help in not only containing a small dog, but also small children, so many of the places out here are so close to the Lake and Road, which makes watching after them a challenge. At least the stairs help in preventing small kids/dogs getting in the road. Mike

Amazing lakeside getaway
Publié le 31 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayMy stay was absolutely perfect!!! Kimmy and Joe, property caretakers, were incredible and made me feel perfectly at home. The view of the lake was phenomenal and the property had all the amenities you could possibly ask for, 10 out of 10 would recommend and stay again!

Nice for relaxing week!
Publié le 12 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe wanted a relaxing week away, and we achieved that goal. It was nice to have the mat out in the lake, kayaks, and the pontoon boat to anchor at the sandbar and swim. The owner was very responsive to any questions or anything that we needed. The only thing I will say and this is no fault of anyone’s but we are all over 6‘,2“ tall and the height of ceilings in few spots was low. Nothing impossible to work around but item to consider.

Enjoyed our stay
Publié le 6 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe liked that our cottage was close to the water. We had a relaxing time swimming, using the kayaks, fishing and going out on the pontoon boat. The host (Mike) was very nice and helpful. We knew someone would be available if we needed them. We hope to visit this cottage again.
