Room needed improvements. Curtains not hung right, lamp shades had holes in them, carpet very dirty needs shampooing, desk clerk not friendly and did not even say hello or goodbye when we left. We will never stay here again.

Easy access but awful hotel. Bathroom door didn't shut, our room smelled like bleach other rooms our friends had smelled like mildew. No lights in hall way, poor lighting in room. Whole thing needed painting especially bathroom door. Will never stay there again.

Don’t stay here! Our room had a leaky tub, loose faucet, loose toilet seat, dead lightbulb and phone, overall unkempt feel. Cleaning walked into room while my sister was in the shower. Management didn’t seem to care. You can do much better than this place.

Check in was quick, room was clean and bathroom was set up for handicapped people . Keys quit working on Sunday they were happy to replace them

Everyone that is employed here,are such wonderful,kind,Helpful people !!!!! The Manager was a very helpful,Nice,fun human being. He was very nice to my Dog. Mike is awesome !!!! Thank you for such a Pleasant Stay...Looking forward to Labor Day weekend with all of you. Respectfully, Christine Fogle

The hotel is dated and dingy, the staff is only ok, and the breakfast is bad. Prepackaged, half frozen mini muffins and honey buns. No breads and no toaster. Worst included breakfast I’ve ever encountered and I’ve stayed in over 50 different hotels this year alone. Would not stay here again.

The room smelled like mold and mildew, one of the rooms had black mold behind the toilet. The shower was chipped and icky looking. The shower curtain was wrinkly and unkept looking. The fridge was wobbly. The air conditioner was old and didn't work well, either too hot or too cold, nothing in between. The windows screens were bent and there was no locking system for them, anyone could have broken in at any time. Definitely would not stay there again. There were dogs barking all night. Very limited continental breakfast. The only thing I liked was the coffee machine was available 24/7 and that was a real plus for me. It was way overpriced for what we got. Whole place needs help.

The room was very nice. Though extremely cold. The room AC was set likely assuming a normal 4PM check-in. To be fair we did not call ahead to state we would be a late check-in 10 or 11PM. Then again, no one checked the room since the check-in had not happened yet either. The main parking lot was full when we arrived. There was no signage to state that the adjacent lot was shared with Perkins or also part of the motel parking. We went around to the back lot which was not lit. All the parking lot lights were out. The trash area was open and overflowing. There were locals or guests drinking in a pickup adding to the atmosphere of a lack of safety. All staff that we interacted with were excellent. Not sure if this comment is for the property or Travelocity, we paid the w/breakfast rate however there is a posted sign stating the offered breakfast is for all guests. Why were their two rates listed in Travelocity?
